In preparation for the THSO’s Musical Treasures event on April 1, members of the THSO will share a Tour of the Orchestra presentation with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) featuring an overview of historical and contextual information about concert repertoire. Concert repertoire includes Sadler’s Journey for Tuba and Orchestra, Fauré’s Sicilienne, Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture, Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique, and more!
