Join Dr. Samantha Johnson-Helms, Executive Director and Principal Clarinetist of the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra, as she previews the THSO’s November 2nd concert and provides insight into the music. The theme of the concert is “Heroism & Hope” and will feature some of the orchestral repertoire’s most powerful music such as the Shostakovich Festive Overture, Brahms’ glorious Symphony No. 3, and the thrilling Shostakovich Symphony No. 5. This session promises to be interesting to all music lovers, but it is a “must-attend” class for those who will attend the concert.
